Recently, I read a great tip on how to really visualize how you want your company perceived. Write your company's obituary. How will you be missed if your service was no longer available? Who will miss you? How will this effect their lives? Sad and morbid, yes, but effective.
Think in terms of your company. How would the obituary read if your customers had to write it? What would make them die without you? What would the world be like without you? Keep this in mind as your company develops. Think about how you can change someone's world.
