Besides having an attention grabbing, curioisity piqueing headline, you should also consider having some blog entries that include lists. You've seen them- 7 Best Marketing Tricks.... 14 Things You Didn't Know... I learned a great tip from Trey Ryder. He says to always use a non-rounded number for your list entries so it doesn't look like you forced an extra list item to make it a rounded number. Odd is stronger than even numbers....and that's my tip for the day.

I really think this is good information for any blogger. Many, I am sure, already know a of this information, but new bloggers like myself need to have this kind of information constantly reinforced. Its easy to be a ‘blogger’ its not so easy to be a quality blogger whose information helps and/or entertains.

Thanks for the reminder for this simple tip. Yes, it is a good suggestion to give 3, 5 or 7 tips to give it a more "natural" look. Numbers tend to attract reader attention, that’s why this is a good strategy for click through rates.
